So, I know there are TONS of mods out there these days, but I've only just recently started using them. I have woohooer, which allows some cool stuff, but I must say that mover (accompanied, of course, by portrait panel) has become an unexpected favorite. Having the ability to control more than 8 Sims, especially given the updates from Island Paradise allowing you to own multiple homes, has been a delight! Therefore, I'm curious (and possible risking adding lots more mods depending on the feedback), what are your favorite mods and why? OR how have mods effected the way you play Sims?

I love Nraas' mods too. I use Story Progression and Master Controller. But I need to be careful with that last one because it makes it super easy to cheat. :/

I only use No CD, but I'm interested in trying out more.

I use no less than four Nraas mods: StoryProgression (by far my favourite - EA progression is boring as heck!), ErrorTrap, Overwatch (these two I can barely play without), and Saver. I also have Pose Player, a Pose Player add-on, and a mod that prevents sims from autonomously playing in the sprinklers. But yeah, StoryProgression is an absolute must for me, especially when I play my legacy I want stuff to happen with the spares when they move out!

I'm going to jump on the Nraas StoryProgression mod bandwagon and heartily recommend it. It is absolutely amazing. I can no longer imagine playing without it and the sense of depth it brings to the game.

Nraas mods are an absolute must for me, they've prevented my game from crashing so many times... My favourite is MC as it opens up a whole new set of possibilities and makes my story-telling so much easier (as I'm not currently playing any legacy, cheating is not an issue for me).

Lately, MasterController is becoming my favourite, too. It's helping with fixing lag and making styling easier, and then there's the option to only show one of each item in CAS. It could take so long for me to load CAS before, now it's barely a second. I had a bit of trouble figuring out exactly what to do with MasterController, but now I'm starting to get it.
