The contest
It's time for another fabulous contest and this time, you need to draw inspiration from mythology.
Seems we all, here at the Simmer Sanctum, really, really love mythology, and who doesn't? People killing each other, having weird kids in weirder ways, and just generally not acting like brilliant human beings most of the time. Yes, we need us some more mythology on the forum.
"What mythology?" I hear you ask. Any mythology you can think of. Greek, Roman, Celtic, Persian, Babylonian, Egyptian, Norse... you get the picture. If it's mythology, you can use it. Having chosen a mythology that suits your fancy, here's what you do to enter:
- Create a Sim inspired by a mythological figure. Could be a god, a goddess, a mortal, a demi-god, a mythical animal; if it's in mythology, it's fair game
- Build a house, a tower, a castle, a cave - anything - for that Sim to inhabit
- Take some absolutely fabulous screenshots of that Sim and their humble abode
- Tell us: Who your Sim is based off (and perhaps a bit about the mythological figure he/she is based off of) and why the house you've built fits that Sim so well.
Don't forget to add to your post whether or not you've used custom content to make your Sim and house.
You have from the 14th of January 11 pm (CET) until 11 pm (CET) on January the 21st to post your entry and then voting will start from that time and last for another week.
Good luck, and happy simming!
