I would be more enthusiastic about sharing this pose if Blender didn't suddenly decide that I deserve to lose hours of work. I had made this couple's pose a while back and there was a variation of it with a smooch and I just made it and it looked fantastic and then I tried to export and Blender was like 'NOPE', let's just remove half of that pose. The male came out right, the female disappeared. When I tried to somehow recover it, the pose disappeared entirely. Anyway, here's the one that didn't get lost:  It's okay, I guess. One day, when I don't feel like punching my computer, I might remake the kiss. I'm just not very positive right now so it's not happening. *Rage quits Blender* EDIT: I recovered half of my smooch. I can remake the female... Let's all just pray that I don't fuck it up again. I still hate Blender. |

So, I thought 'remaking half of the pose' would be the annoying part. I didn't predict the thing where Blender would keep resetting the pose just as I thought I'd finally made it. BUT I made it. In this battle of woman vs. stupid ass software, I won. I'm never going through something like that again and if it does happen again, I'll throw something out a window and then jump along myself. Well, here's the finished pose anyway:  It has faults but I am never touching that pose even to change the tip of a finger. What you see is what you get. Gosh, I'm sorry, I'm really grumpy. *Clears throat* Louise out! |

I just have to show you guys because I basically decided to learn how to make S3 paintings on a whim and I feel like I've just been banging my head on the keyboard for an hour but it actually WORKED. LOOOK AT THIS REALLY UNFLATTERING SCREENSHOT:  I actually made a painting (well, poster). That's one of my mum's digital paintings I used (because her paintings are cute and colorful) to make a poster and I'm basically super proud and feel really accomplished because I was sure I had NO idea what I was doing but then I did the thing and it worked. jslakfjpfoeiw. Just goes to show that banging your head on the keyboard can totally accomplish something (that and using online tutorials). |
